As your service provider, LISMAE TECHNOLOGY (HK) CO.,LIMITED , and its affiliates (“LISMAE”, “we” or “us”) respect your privacy when collecting, storing, using and transmitting This Privacy Policy explains our privacy practices and respects your privacy rights when collecting, storing, using and transmitting Personal Information (as defined below). It is our policy and obligation to comply with the requirements of United State law, in particular the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“the Act”). This Privacy Policy applies to all information collected from all of our products, services and mobile software applications, including but not limited to LISMAE App, and LISMAE Extension for PC and Mac browsers, and through other online or offline means (collectively, the “Services”). This Agreement, the “LISMAE Privacy Policy,” is referred to as the “Privacy Policy”.
By using our website, purchasing our products, or downloading our applications, you agree to this Privacy Policy, including the terms of our collection and use of personal information described below. Both our website and LISMAE apps use cookies to improve your experience interacting with the website and app. Our servers will send a cookie to your device when you visit our website or LISMAE App; however, cookies cannot be used to personally identify you, but only your web browser. We will not be able to know your identity unless you choose to identify yourself to us by, for example, responding to our marketing questionnaires.
Types of cookies include session-based cookies and persistent-based cookies. session cookies exist only for the duration of the session and disappear when the browser is closed or the computer is shut down. A persistent cookie remains on the computer after closing the browser or shutting down the computer. If you choose to identify yourself to us, the Site uses session cookies containing encrypted information to enable us to uniquely identify you so that we can process, for example, your online requests or transactions.
LISMAE applications and websites use a persistent cookie that only the company can read and use to identify your previous visits. Each time you access an application or website, a unique identifier is assigned to you through the server. This unique identifier is associated with a permanent cookie that is stored on your browser by the LISMAE application or our website. The company takes special care of the security and confidentiality of the information stored in the permanent cookie. For example, the LISMAE APP does not store account numbers or passwords in a permanent cookie.
(iv) IP Addresses. When you visit the Website, Company collects IP addresses to track and aggregate non-personally identifiable information. For example, our Website uses IP addresses to identify the area of the Website from which a user is browsing.
2. How We Use Your Personal Information and Other Information

If you provide personal data for certain reasons, we use the personal data in conjunction with the reason for providing the personal data. It is important to note that recipients can save your content in a variety of ways using a variety of technologies: screenshots, third-party software, or any other image capture technology. In addition, others may have judicial access to this information about you, as well as find it in the device cache.
Although our system is set to automatically delete content after a specific period of time, we cannot guarantee that deletion will occur within a specific time frame. In addition, we may need to suspend deletion operations if we receive a judicial order requiring us to preserve the content in question, or if we receive reports of misuse or other violations of the Terms of Service. Finally, we may also retain certain information in backups for a limited period of time if required by law.
